Mr. Gallahue is the executive chairman of the Vantive Board of Directors, a position he has held since February 2025. He is the former chairman and chief executive fficer of CareFusion Corporation, a position he held from 2011 until its acquisition by Becton, Dickinson and Company in March 2015. From January 2008 through January 2011, Mr. Gallahue served as president, chief executive officer and a director of ResMed, Inc., a medical device firm serving the sleep-disordered breathing and respiratory markets. Prior to his time at ResMed, Mr. Gallahue held various marketing, sales and financial positions within Nanogen, Inc., Instrumentation Laboratory, the Procter & Gamble Company, and the General Electric Company. He has also served on numerous public and private company boards including Intersect ENT, Arena Pharmaceuticals, Volcano Corporation, Signifier Medical Technologies, and Nucleus Biologics. Mr. Gallahue currently serves as a director at Edwards Lifesciences Corp. and Envista Co.
Mr. Gallahue holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
