Katie Villany is vice president, communications. In this role, she leads Vantive’s global communications strategy, including internal and external communications, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
Villany has extensive experience shaping companies’ communications strategies through significant evolutions and transactions. Prior to joining Vantive, Villany led the Corporate Communications team at Varian, a Siemens Healthineers company, and served as Chief of Staff to its chief executive. Previously, Villany was a Director at Joele Frank, a strategic communications firm, where she advised clients on a range of special situations including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, shareholder activism defense and crises, and helped to refine their overall PR and investor relations strategies.
Villany received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
